We had a great time during our city trip at this hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable with sound-proof walls, and the large modern bathroom was amazing. The cuisine served at the restaurant was fantastic, offering an amazing local experience that we had never tried before. the spa provided several options in a very stylish way to relax and enjoy our stay.

The staff lacked friendliness, and the "chef de rang" was rude and arrogant at several occasions. The service was inadequate, and we were not informed about the basics such as the same table everyday or buffet vs table service which made us uncomfortable.
